I’m planning an event/party, how can I reach out to Gigsmore?

There are various ways to reach out to us. We are contactable mainly through email, whatsapp, phone call and meet up!

We will respond to email within 12 working hours (normally within 1 – 3 hours during office hours)

Meet-ups:
Free consultation at our office is available during office hours. Simply call / whatsapp / email us for an appointment! For meet up outside of our office or out of office hours, it will be chargeable at RM50 per trip within Klang Valley

CHARGES

Are Gigsmore's rates negotiable?

-All of our price rates are strictly fixed and non-negotiable.

Does Gigsmore provide service to other state out of klang valley or oversea?

-Yes, of course! But transportation and accommodation surcharge is applicable for outstation or oversea event depend on location.

What are the charges for services to other states outside Klang Valley?

The following are the rate guide for transportation charges for other states outside Klang Valley:

Genting Area – Rm 300++

Cameron Highlands – Rm700++

Nilai RM 150++

Seremban RM 250++

Ipoh RM 500++

Penang RM650++

Port Dickson RM 300++

Melaka RM 350++

Alor Setar RM 800++

Taiping RM 550++

Tanjung Malim RM 300++

Accommodation charges – Rm150/room (2pax) per night.

DIRECT CLIENT VS AGENCY

I’m a Direct Client. Should I engage Gigsmore’s services directly, or should I go through an Events Agency?

Both methods are acceptable, BUT Direct Client are always encouraged to  engage Gigsmore via their Events Agency who is managing their Event.

Your Events Agency acts as a filter, attending to your question and queries relating to Gigsmore and also attending to Gigsmore’s technical needs and other requirements.

I’m a Direct Client. Will it be cheaper if I engage Gigsmore directly instead of going through an Event Agency?

-Not necessarily. Gigsmore practices a fixed rate for Direct Clients and a fixed rate for Event Agencies.

I’m an Event Agency. So is there any special rate for us?

-We always offer a fixed rate for Direct Clients and a fixed rate for Event Agencies. Kindly contact our booking advisor.

AVAILABILITY & CONFIRMATION

How do I go about checking Gigsmore’s availability?

-You can get in touch with us, via Phone Call, Email or Whatsapp

I’ve dropped Gigsmore an enquiry to book/block your date for my event. Does that mean it’s confirmed?

-No, all enquiries are regarded as a pending enquiry, until you signed us the quotation & make 50% deposit for booking and we reverts to inform that the date has been locked in to you for your event.

Can I confirm Gigsmore services for my event via a phone call/text message/whatsapp message/facebook message?

-Confirmations can only be communicated via Email / Whatsapp
-An engagement is only deemed conclusive when Gigsmore reverts via Email/Whatsapp to inform that the said date has been locked in to you.

-All other forms of communication will not be taken into record.
